Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy

Some products in our store are offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a Rootwell+ subscription you will receive a fresh 90ml Peptide Scalp Serum automatically every 3 months. Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged at each dispatch unless you have paid in advance.

You can cancel, pause or skip your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term. To manage your subscription log into your account at rootwell.hair/account or contact us at hello@rootwell.hair.

Cancellation requests received before your next scheduled dispatch will take effect immediately. Cancellation requests received after a dispatch has been processed cannot be applied to that order but will cancel all future orders.

Your subscription will continue to renew every 3 months until you cancel it.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order you are securing a product that is not yet in stock. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout and will process the full or remaining payment when the order is fulfilled.

You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled at any time. Once an order has been fulfilled it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a refund under our Returns and Refunds Policy.
